Hear to Empower creates safe, inclusive spaces for people who support others – and those who sometimes need support themselves. Our training is practical, trauma-informed, and grounded in empathy, helping you respond with confidence when it matters most.

While proudly based in South Australia, we aim to deliver accredited training nationally across Australia, subject to relevant state and territory requirements.

Not at all. Our sessions are designed to be practical, inclusive, and easy to follow, whether you’re new to this space or have years of experience.

Yes. Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA) and Circle of Security Parenting (COSP) are nationally accredited training programs delivered by an accredited instructor. Certificates are provided upon completion, where applicable.
Safe Environments: Through Their Eyes (Child Safe Environments) is a South Australia state-based non-accredited training, so this training is not nationally accredited.

Hear to Empower may also provide guest lectures and presentations within university and tertiary learning environments upon request.
