Parenting (COSP)
Circle of Security Parenting (COSP) is a relationship-based program grounded in attachment theory. It helps parents, carers, and anyone in a caregiving or support role to understand children’s emotional needs, attachment styles, and cues; and how to respond in ways that build trust, resilience, and secure relationships. The program combines visuals, video clips, and real-life conversations to make concepts practical and relatable. It is relevant not only for young children, but also for young people and adolescents.
